hammock, it was calling us. :) I didn't have time to photoshop any of these but we had some turn out great that with a few touches will be fantastic for the family photo wall. I think I'll play with a little graphic design on a few too, just for fun.

Oregon visit..
John has been sooooo busy the past month with side jobs we finally had a weekend for us and took to the road, five hours down to the valley to visit with the Grandparents and family in from the east coast. Of course it was a fantastic time and great weather. My Grandparents house is always a beautiful place to be with all the flowers, garden and of course the best company. We celebrated another great "year younger" birthday for Gpa too. Here's a few photos from the weekend. I put Miss G in the grass and she liked it and we also had to try out the

Two weddings and no funeral...
Well another busy weekend for us. Friends of ours got married! John is a minister, you could say on the side, that is really just not many people know this unusual fact about my hubby, but it's great for events just like this. Not only did we have Adam and Angie's wedding, but her brother flew in and he and his fiance` got married earlier in the day too. So we started at a beautiful park in PT for Jack and Rosa's nuptials and then back to Adam and Angie's. My amature photographer skills were needed. I had fun being able to be the photog I have daydreamed about being for both weddings. Here's a few that we had fun with.

Four months old
Time has gone by so fast already it's amazing she's now four months old. The first photo is from when she was just about 1 1/2 months. I just found it and had to add it to the postings, of course it's one of my new favorites. Two of my favorite people, how lucky I am!

I love this one too. I'm always posting the happy one's and thought I should let you know she's not always that easy. This is the hungry face, more like where is the boobie Mom, stop hiding it! She can go from smiling and peaceful to this in two seconds, it's amazing.
This weekend John put her up on his shoulders for the first time and she loved it.. :) This was at the rehearsal for one of the weddings we attended and helped with this weekend. The photos below were her just having fun. I'm always wondering what she is thinking, but soon enough I'm sure I'll wish she was quiet too. I take what we get for now.. :)

Four months..
Time is flying by! I know I keep saying this, but it still amazes me how fast she grows and changes each month. We had a great wellness visit with our doc. Little Miss G is 26 inches and 17.8 pds, top of her range for height (actually off the chart) and 95% for the weight and head size. We also got her 4 month shots, she wasn't to happy, but cried for 30 seconds and then looked at me and smiled. We've sailed thru the clothes and are now in 6 months.

Found the toes..
Here are a few photos from the last weeks I just loved. She is showing a little bit of her personality each day, lots of smiles, but then she is very loved too.

Hello world we have found our toes, and love to play with them! Mom take these socks off so I can grab each one. Luckily she hasn't realized she can pull the socks off herself yet, but I'm sure it's coming soon.

We are still working on the giggles and laughter most days were just full of play and fun, at least that's what mom's schedule attempts, but she has other ideas somedays too.

New things all the time..
Our little one is growing and reaching new milestones everyday now. She has started to coo, and a few giggles, she really likes to look and suck on the back of her hands. My favorite moment is when I first say hello in the morning, she always smiles, gives a little giggle and squiggle. Such a precious moment for me. :) I'll just have to remember it when she is that rebellious teenager. We are having so much fun at this age especially with all the new things each week. There are now certain toys she likes and loves taking everything in around her. She has really gotten interested in seeing herself in the mirror and taking in the scenery. Miss G has also discovered the lights and movement of the television, I am not a fan of this and only let her look a for a minute and then we distract or turn off.

John and I keep trying to coax out her giggle, of course, we think it's the cutest thing. It's been kind of a contest to see who can get the giggle and laughs.

Independance Day
Hooray for three day weekends and staying home to enjoy! John was busy most of the weekend trying to finish up his side jobs, but we did take Sunday and played with John's side of the family at Monica & Mike's for a BBQ. We had a great time and then came home and did a small bonfire down at the "fire circle"at our house. Nice simple and much to be thankful for.
Hey mommy your pretty cute.. oh no wait.. look at that handsome guy too hi daddy..

Three months
A few photos of our cutie this week.. she's been playing in the saucer and really getting into the toys, then she was in the kitchen already to help me stir with the wooden spoon. Her fathers favorite trick it to teach her to hold her own bottle, granted she rarely gets one, but every once in a while we give her the breast milk in the bottle and Daddy is the only one she really will take it from.. she doesn't let me get away with that she want's the real thing.. but then I can't blame her.. :)

Already at Three months (a few days over since we were still in OR on the 24th).. it's exciting but our little baby is growing by leaps and bounds. We are doing the "alternative" vaccination schedule and had to take G in for her next set of shots. The nurse was great and there were two to administer the shots all at once. She hated the pinch and cried for a minute and then was ready to go.. actually it was totally funny, I was expecting a screaming child for hours, but luckily she had other plans we have been a little fussy, but could have been worse. Hopefully this will be the case for the rest of the vaccinations. She is getting taller and gaining weight well. 24" inches tall and about 14 pds.
We had friends over for dinner and it was great company. Little Miss G was soooo tired and I mean so tired, she didn't take her afternoon nap, so we were in for a tousle to make it to bed time. Of course our company all wanted to play and have fun with her, but sadly she wasn't quite up for it. Still we had fun and when she crashed she was down for the count. :)
